Inbound Sales Advisor
Our Mansfield based client is currently recruiting for Inbound Sales Advisor to join their existing team to expand the clients current business opportunities.
You will be responsible in handling a high volume of inbound phone calls per day from tradesmen wanting to join our client’s various schemes.
The role will involve finding out the customers requirements, quantifying their details and finding a suitable solution for them before ultimately closing a sale in a timely and efficient manner.
Accurately entering data onto a number of systems will be required.
We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes;
Are a strong, confident seller with a proven track record of hitting targets
An individual who is equally as good with paperwork and systems as they are to selling a product.
Enjoy talking with people and get satisfaction from helping others
Have verbal, listening and written communication, as well as relationship and rapport building skills that are second to none
Can provide quality customer service when dealing with requests,
Are comfortable liaising with various internal departments on behalf on your customers
Thrive working in a social, fast paced and dynamic environment
Would like the opportunity to work in the constantly evolving Training Industry
This is a permanent position based in Mansfield
Hours – Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and a 4.30pm finish on a Friday
Salary – £17680.00 (Plus monthly commission)
